The Band of Angels

About the Band of Angels

The Band of Angels was created to honor Wabash Valley musicians who have passed away.  While many members of the BOA are inductees of the Hall of Fame, some are not.  We have included other musicians who, for various reasons, had not been inducted before they passed away.

The members of the Band Of Angels are honored each year on a memorial list like the example at the right.  These lists are available for purchase at the various Hall of Fame functions.  Please visit the Band of Angels section of our photo gallery to see the most recent list and pictures of members.

We need pictures!  When you visit the photo gallery for the Band of Angels, you will see that we have very few pictures.  If you have a picture of a Band of Angels inductee, we would appreciate having a copy.  Please see the Contact Us page for information.

Submit A Name for the Band of Angels

If you know of a musician who should be included in the Band of Angels, please let us know.  You can do this using the same questionnaire form that is used for potential inductees.  Visit the Induction Into The Hall page for a link to the questionnaire and instructions on using it.

Inductee Memorials

Listed below are brief memorials to Hall of Fame inductees who have passed away.  Obviously, this list does not include every inductee who has passed away, but only the ones where we are aware that they have passed and we have enough information about them to create a memorial.

Please help us build this memorial.  If you can provide information on an inductee who has passed away, please contact us.  If you have their obituary, we would appreciate having a copy.  Please see the Contact Us page for information on how to reach us.
